This historic uptown building is just waiting to be restored. Originally built in 1891 as the “Independent Order of Good Templar's” meeting hall, this building boasts butte history! Well known architect H.M. Patterson designed this building along with many other buildings in uptown butte. Patterson put his creative flare on this project and the building still has the original fine decorative brickwork. Many updates have been done over the years, including- all new thermal windows on the back side, all new electrical ran to the 3rd floor, new heaters put on the main floor and basement level. The sidewalk out front was also redone. Owners have kept up and maintained the working elevator that will take you to the basement and up all 4 floors.
