Clay started in the real estate industry in 2017, where he was an assistant for a local real estate brokerage. In 2018, Clay obtained his Montana Real Estate Salesperson license. Over the next few years Clay gained great experiences and knowledge with other brokerages. In 2019, Clay became a Local Director for the Rocky Mountain Association of Realtors, has served as the Young Professional Network (YPN) Chair for Rocky Mountain Association of Realtors since 2019. Clay also served on the Board of Governors for the Regional MLS in 2020. In December of 2020 Clay decided to take the next step in his career an became a Real Estate Broker. In 2021, Clay became the Vice-Chair of the Montana Association of Realtor Young Professional Network.
